i would talk to her about.
i was sexually active at 15, i went and got pill sorted out, had condoms.
when i turned 16 i told my mam she understood because id sorted it all out for myself that i was being careful.
talk to her about relationships and whole respect.

A tough one... I guess the best approach is to take he in a quiet place like and talk to her without fear in your voice. Just explain as calm as you can what the social conventions, social dangers, health issues and also put some stress on the fact that if somebody really loves her they will wait a bit... otherwise it might be something less than love...
