Hiya,
I'm currently on maternity leave from a job I LOVE and while I'm off I've asked to be sent internal vacancies purely coz I like to just look.
I have no reason for wanting to change my job apart from I would like to progress from Superviser to manager level.
Anyways, I've applied for a job as a branch manager which is a full time working from home position. It requires 35hrs but not sure how it's laid out.
I only applied as its an extra 4 grand and a manager role which I've always wanted.
My question is, is it possible to work from home with a 3yr old (in school 2.5 days a week) and a baby (currently 4 months old).
Im lucky enough to have my mum looks after them whilst I'm at work and she's said she can still do so of I need to work from home but anyone do this? How to u get in the 35hrs??
At my present job I work 35hrs and I do 3 days in 2 days off (inc. wk ends).
Advise??? Experiences???
