I am 37 weeks today!! I can't believe I am already full term, woo-hoo. I had my first internal exam at the OB's office today, I am not dilated but baby is definitely dropped and my cervix is thinned. 
Doc estimated her to be around 6lbs right now, ahhh, now that I have these weekly appointments its starting to feel more real. Strangely before we found out she was a girl it didn't feel real to me, then once we found out, it started to feel very real, but now that I am so close to my due date it seems so odd to me that one day I am gonna go to the hospital and walk out with a baby!
