FYI- varicose veins ( not where you think)

I have had some swelling on one side ( down south )
and I though I might have an infection for cyst or something , turns out believe it or not its varicose veins.
omg how do you get those - there??
anyway nothing will help it, only resting on your left side ( uhuh...)
and it will get worse until I deliver then there will be some relief.

well at least its not an infection.

i have the same thing! the doctor gave me a brochure of support belts that kinda look like jock supports.....i stared at them, and then laughed for a long time....but then i tucked it away somewhere in case i need to order one later!! EEEK!

it wasnt pain as such i just noticed one side was really swollen, maybe it was when i was wiping from using the bathroom , i cant remember. then it started to get a bit worse and even a bit uncomfortable to walk like basically something between my legs.
so i had a look (tmi) and it was so swollen like 3 x the size of the other side.
