Game - Like it, but would never use it

Twilight spoiled a few names I used to like :haha:

Alice
Esmée "Esme"
Renée
Jacob

Girls
Ophelia
Georgina
Tallulah
Tatiana
Eliana
Lolita
Lilliana
Delores
Delilah
Asia
Angelina

Boys
Andre
Lorenzo
Dimitri
Carlo
Angelo
Orion
George

I've always love Alexis. And then I realised by calling her that I was actually setting her up for a life as a porn star.

Anachy- because he'd sound like a little thug :haha:.
Fox- because I'm not that cruel

Aurora- because I can't think of a cute shortened form
Rose and Lydia- because DH has family with these names.

I love Casper, but I wouldn't use it because everyone immediately follows it with 'the friendly ghost'!

Also Lucy and Alice are two names that I love, but I have first cousins with those names and I think it's too close.

I love Corinthian for a boy, but it does sound too biblical.
I also love Nikolai for a boy but we are not of russian descent.

For a girl I like sarah but I know too many sarahs.

Aurora- because I can't think of a cute shortened form

This is high on my list - mainly with the intention of shortening it to Rory - I think Aurora is beautiful (and it helps that Sleeping Beauty is one of my favourite Disney movies) and think Rory is a cute nickname.

Seren - I remember flicking through a welsh dictionary at school and deciding that this would be beautiful, only it seems to have become quite popular and that doesn't wash with me. Purposefully picking a popular name is one thing (Olivia, Lilly, Kate etc.) but choosing an 'out-there' name that becomes popular feels too gimmicky.

Boys:

Harley - was always what I'd call my son if I ever had one. Started a relationship with someone called Harley and it ended badly.

Ollie - the family cats name.

Milo - A chatacter from the tweenies (kids tv show) and I know so many 4 legged Milos so if I ever get a boy dog that'll be his name as a compromise with myself.

Girls:

Peaches - Too unusual and wouldn't want her to be bullied + Peaches Geldof.

Sophia - My cousins name so itd be a no-go.

Amy - My name hahaha! I don't mean to sound big headed I just think
Amys cute. (hated it throughout school and wanted something unusual)

Xx

Xavier: ex bf's son is named Xavier
Zoe: good friend is planning to name their daughter Zoe
Vivienne: cousin's stepmother is Vivian and it just feels weird

and lastly, Sydney: named the puppy Sydney! :)

blake , me and OH love this name but its a bit strong for us and not sure were the kind of people who can pull a son with that kind of name.

ellie, too close to ella which is my nieces name

Grayson
Hunter
Rupert
Blake

Peyton
Florence
Brooke
Pippa (I LOVE but hubby said no way)
Piper

Aria is on my list- but my two girls have such classic names that I don't think I have the guts to go for something unusual.

i like anastasia, but its too wild for my husbands taste. lol
