Getting body ready for baby

Hi there

My husband and I are planning on starting a family soon and it's important to me that I get my body healthier before I get pregnant. I want to eat better, move a little more, get a heads up on vitamins and learn some relaxation tips and so on.

So I have put together a 28 day challenge for myself to get my body ready for pregnancy. I'm looking for feedback as to whether you would find a challenge like this interesting? Would you take the challenge?

Any feedback would be really useful.

I want to join the challenge! What is involved? What is the start date? :)
 
I would like to join as well, just want to know what's involved as well.
