Gifts dilemma

We're immigrating mid-January so I need some Christmas gift ideas for my little boy, he will be 22 months old. I need them all to be quite small! I already have so many toys to ship and I'm also buying a kitchen and dolls house to go in the container aswell for his birthday (in March)

So far I've thought of ...

A trunki, for travelling
A tablet, undecided which one

Any other ideas?

What about a portable DVD player? DS has one and headphones and loves using it when we go travelling.

That's a good idea too. I am thinking or rather than the toddler tablets you get, getting him a kindle instead so that can be used as a dvd player but if I don't go for that this is a good idea too. thanks
