Ok, for one thing I know I have to take this glucose test and need to fast for twelve hours...the problem is, i have pregnancy insomnia and I am up all night usually til 6-7 am and I eat since my LO gets hungry
I eat small stuff( fruit and salad) and then by the time I wake up its late, any suggestions..... have tried going to sleep early and still wakes up at 3 am so I don't know what to do!!!
