Gluten.......

Hi ladies, my little premie was born at 25 + 5 now 7 months next week.

My question is would it be safe to offer a little rusk? Just not sure with them having gluten.

Probably.
I did wait with mine only because I'm coeliac and so we have a genetic risk factor and there is some evidence its less likely to activate if you withhold gluten for a year but I'm sure that if he is going to develop it he will anyway. No sign of it yet.
If you have no CD should be OK just to follow the usual guidelines.
