Hi ladies not quite ready to wean yet but like to prepare, ca anyone reccomend any good books on weaning and nutrition, hopefully one that includes recepies for purees as well as info on how to go about it.
We're starting weaning next week and bought the Annabel Karmel book. It's really helpful, with a chart on how to start and puree recipies from the first stage, right up to toddler age.
