Got my scan date!!

Got home from work today and there was my scan letter from the hospital. Its on 30th October at 10.10. Am so excited and nervous.

Can anyone tell me how long i'll be? At the end of the letter is says Please attend for your Booking Clinic appointment at the Maternity Outpatient Department immediately after your ultrasound I wasn't expecting this and have no idea what it is. I have already had my booking in appointment with my midwife.

I work in Edinburgh and my scan is in Edinburgh. I'm thinking going to work before the scan isn't going to be possible. I start work at 8am and would have to leave work at 9.15 to collect H and head to the hospital. We're still thikning about this.

booking in usually takes about a hour to a hour and half? I also think scan times vary on hospital to hospital, only lasts about ten or fifteen mins max but like all hospitals u have to wait to be seen good luck hun
