growth spurt at 4 weeks?

Could this just be a growth spurt? LO normally feeds 2x in the night and wakes up at 6am. but last night he fed every hour and a half to two hours! could this be a growth spurt? if not what else?

There's a growth spurt at around three weeks, so it's probably that one slightly delayed. I remember that one coming as a bit of a shock! Good luck, it'll be over soon.
