Gush of fluid - incontinence or amniotic fluid? (TMI, sorry)

i had the same thing on monday (and i'm 30+6). on sunday i had lost a bit of mucus, and monday i started getting lots of braxton hicks, so i was convinced it was my waters breaking. nothing else came out for the rest of the day so i guess it must have just been the baby headbutting my bladder! i'm mortified to have wet myself, but i guess that's a million times better than going into labour so early!
