had my scan!

hi all just thought i would let you know that we had our first scan yesterday and it was amazing!!!! it was supposed to be a 12 week scan but we got but back quite a long way (3 weeks exactly) so was a little bit dissapointed that im not as far along as we thought but don't really feel that it matters too much.

scan was over so quick but we saw the heatbeat and got a great little photo. lady said that everything looked fine so i am happy, i was so scared going in there that they weren't going to find anything!

just so happy now, went out for a friends 30th last night and had said we would tell them if we were more than 10 weeks but we couldn't keep it in and decided that as we had seen the hb we would tell, so told all our friends, was the most perfect day!

i am 8 weeks and 2days i had my scan today and it was amazing... i heard the hb and tears filled my eyes, still c ant believe this is real... its always said that you never understand somethting until you experience it for yourself... so congrats to everyone going thru the same experiences as myself....

Hi hun, know how you fell. I went for scan at what should have been 12+2, and I also got put back 3 weeks! SO i would have ov a week before i was due on? It never seems to be right but at least you got good piccies and HB all good. COngrats
