Hard bump ?

Woke up this morning laying flat . And noticed there is a hard bump
Below my belly button like the size of a softball. I am 18'weeks.

Is this normal? What is the bump? I don't believe the baby is big enough at 18 weeks to feel the baby.

I've had some tightnings that I think are Braxton Hicks, where my uterus gets really hard. Definitely put in a call to the doctor if you feel it's strange though!
