I started taking Tri-Sprintec (28) birth control on January 31st 2012 and I had the first two periods normal and I haven't had one since. My last period was March 18th-23rd and it was due April 17th but it hasn't came. I had some spotting April 11th-14th. I thought I started yesterday but it was just light red then brown and nothing since. I've been cramping for weeks and it feels like it could show up any moment. Why could this be happening? I used to take Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo then my doctor gave me regular Ortho Tri-Cyclen and this is a substitute for it.
