has anyone ever heard of these/know the name?

when i was little i had this bath thing.. my Dad has been looking for one for my LO but to no avail.. no idea what it would be called.

it stuck on the side of the bathtub, and you put water in in the top... and it spins till it stops, and there will be what you wash..
all around this thing would be like pictures "hair" "arms" "legs" ect...
hope this makes sense lol

hmmm but im still looking for one that actually sits on the side of the bathtub and you put water in it, and it makes it go.. i dont think that one does
