Here lately I just can't stomach the thought of water which is not good! I'm not sure what I can do. I try to drink it, but I notice I don't get nearly enough. Does carbonated water hydrate you? What if you put a little packet of the sugar-free flavor enhancer? I am just thinking of anything I can to get the recommended amount, if not more as I have problems with IC and PTL and I know that dehydration can be bad for that!
