Hcg levels and doctor wanting to rule out ectopic

Hi I am currently 5+0 days pregnant and today I had pain in my stomach and my lower back I went to my doctor to check she was like I can’t do anything for you since it’s early and she was not compassionate and was dry did the internal ultrasound and said she didn’t see anything no sac nothing! She said that she couldn’t see anything and she’s assuming it’s ectopic and she wants to rule out ectopic. Last menstrual was sept. 7 she’s sending me in for hcg every 3 days.

On Oct. 04 my hcg 22 mIU
On Oct. 12 today is 815 mIU

Does this look like it’s going in the right direction? Anyone similar and went and checked and there was a pregnancy? And do the numbers look good?
