I know that dieting etc is off limits, but this isn't dieting. I need to get back to my original great diet. I've had such bad cravings for just cake and chocolate. Its gross and needs to stop. My diet is great besides it - I get all my fruit & veg and vitamins. I don't drink fizzy drinks and only have one cup of tea a day. But the cake NEEDS TO STOP! I gave up alcohol, my waist, high heels, short skirts, late night partys, smoking and the glug of an emptying wine bottle on a Friday night...I can do this!!!! Am taking it one day at a time. Nothing sweet today so far and its been quite successful. Let's just see how tomorrow goes now... Anyone with me?
