Healthy eating during pregnancy and Exercise

OK so i am now around 9 weeks pregnant and my appitite has gone downhill. my food for yesterday was:
Breakfast: 2 bites of a peice of toast
Lunch: half a bowl of cornflakes
Dinner: a few sips of tomato soup and 2 pieces of bread

My exercise has also gone downhill as im so tired!

Does anybody have any ideas of food that is easy on the stomache and healthy too???
 
I'm on about the same diet as you! All I eat is chicken soup and crackers. Forget exercise, I'm too tired to even walk up and down the stairs (I was in great shape and had tons of energy before getting pregnant!)
 
EXERCISE what is that.
I am 16 weeks and I am sooooooooo lazy still , i am going to try start swimming end of the month. All I want to do is sleep I work full time as well so that doesnt help
