Hi mums-to-be

I just found out 4 days back, i am 5 weeks along already. Just wanted to ask, that i used to work out on regular basis before conceiving, can i continue(ofcourse at slower phase) ?

please advise.. i have my appointment after 2 days :)

Congratulations! Since you are already working out it's fine to continue. Make sure you don't get to the point where you are huffing and puffing because that means baby isn't getting enough O2.
