do chips = french fries
do biscuits = cookies?

Yup, thats pretty much right! Tho our biscuits are often harder than cookies. :) x
 
cookies are biscuits with choc chips in them
normal biscuits are still biscuits though x

We do have french fries here though, chips are just thicker cut.
Cookies are like what "tjw" just said, biscuits with chocolate chips in.

In the UK pants are underwear ie knickers whereas in America pants refer to trousers get it lol.

.....and in the UK a potty is a little plastic bucket your toddler sits on when they are learning not to wear nappies not a toilet that an adult would sit on:flower:

Oh yes i remember this from when i was on holiday :)

Our purse are small for your money. Our handbags are the large bags we put everything else in when going out :D

Also i remember you refer medicine for all your tablets, creams, an cough medicine you take. To us medicine is usually like the cough mixture you take or liquid medicine :)

Whats a cot bed?? We have cribs and bassinets. Great idea for this thread... sometimes I read and i just guess lol...

Lucozade is a soda, it's sortof an energy drink but with loads of sugar rather than caffiene, a cot bed is what you would call a crib, but which can be turned into a small toddler bed when for between crib and big bed.
Lo is 'little one' not sure of do?
