Help, cant get sick pay?

i had spd with william and i had to finish work at 20 weeks and i was on statutory sick pay untill my maternity leave started, i only work part time now so i cannot claim sick pay and this week i am in alot of pain with spd again and i just dont know what to do i dont know whether ill be able to continue working but i cant not go to work because i wont get any sick pay
anyone know if there is anything i can do or claim instead of sick pay?
