Help electric shock nipple (sorry tmi)

Hi ladies okay here goes, I think I ovulated on the 15th but may have been earlier okay so here goes, all last night I had pain in my uterus but the thing I never get (apart from when I was quite far on with DD) is this electric shock feeling in my nipples , both nipples are tender too. If someone gave them a small squeeze I would recoil and they also feel like they are sending shivers down my spine when they rub off anything and the electric shocks have been here for last 24 hours or so.cany advice, any one have this then get a BFP
