HELP! Hard Belly at a little less than 4 weeks normal?

My girlfriend is a little less than 4 weeks pregnant (we think). She is 28 years old, at about 5'6" with an athletic frame. This is her second pregnancy, first one 8 years ago. Her belly is starting to show just a little bit. She says that her belly feels really hard, and also says that it kinda hurts. I've looked a few different places that have said that it is normal and it could just be bloating, but she says it doesn't feel like normal bloating. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I am 4 weeks and 5 days, yesterday i was extremely bloated, so much that i was scared to go to my dads as he might ask questions! It felt hard too. Today though I have woke up not so bloated. It tends to come and go.

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and my belly is bloated, also quite hard and I cant suck it in at all, think its normal.
