HELP! how long to cook corned beef brisket?!

Hey ladies I need your help! I have about 8lbs of corned beef brisket and I need to know how long I would cook it in the oven (in a roaster pan) and what temperature? I also need to know when do I add in the potatoes and carrots, and about when would I put in cabbage!? Thank you so much in advance! I hope someone replies because I am supposed to make this for dinner!
