Help! How many DPO?

I'm trying to work out how many DPO I am...

This is my first cycle charting my temp... I got my temp dip on CD36, and two +OPK's on CD37 and CD38. Is OV when I get the temp dip or is it the day after I get my first +OPK?? The more and more I read up on these things, the more I confuse myself I think the OH is going ban me from the internet soon

Depending on what time you got your +OPK, you ovulated on CD37 or CD38.

According to FF it was 10.10am... so OV can be between 24 and 36 hours after?

Thanks! To confuse you even more, I've read O can be as early as 12 hours after, or as late as 48 hours after.

According to your chart you would be 7dpo I think. Your temp went low cd36 and went high the next day and has stayed high. Im no expert though so hopefully someone can correct me if I am wrong. xx
