help!!! is this normal??

Okay so here is the situation. On March 15th I had a normal period. Well on April 7th I spotted pink then on April 8th I bled pinkish red then on the 9th it stopped. So I went to my doctor where I was examined and told that I wasn't pregnant but they did a blood test anyway which came up negative. I was also tested for ovulation which came up negative. Well on May 11th I bled pink spotting and the 12th I bled reddish pink then on the 13th it turned light. The same thing is now going on again yesterday I spotted pink and haven't bled heavy yet. Now could I be pregnant? Even though ever test has come back negative?
