Help What Should I Do ??

hi all i had a MMC in august last year and ive not had a period since anyway im seeing a GYNO and hes given me noreisterone to start a AF so he can do some test anyway heres the problem i feel pregnant like i did before sore brests tiredness ect so im abit anxious about talking them or could these symptoms be down to me wanting to be pregs so much or my slight hormone inbalance i have more teststosterone and a little low progesterone any help advice would be great !!
