Help with ovulation tests!

Hello!

On August 31 and Sept 1 I tested positive for ovulation. Which day do I use to start off - am I currently 7dpo or 8dpo? This is all new to me so I'm not sure where to start! I haven't tried temping so I'm basing it just on the o tests! I want to start testing but I don't know when I should start/when is too soon!

I would say your 6 or 7dpo as you generally ovulate 12-24 hours AFTER an ovulation test turns positive, (unless your like me who ovulates the day BEFORE but i have pcos x)
