Help with sigs, please??!!

but i cannot for the life of me figure out how all u lovely people manage to get those cool blinkies on ur signitures, i have a few i like but would love it if some1 could help me get them on my siggy lol

its jus the little blinkies that says things like ... "pregnant with a boy" etc etc i hav them all saved on my laptop i jus dunno how to get them on here...arg am i thick?!?

to get one off the internet - right click blinkie >properties > copy address > come to bnb > user cp > edit sig...cket so that a html code is created that way?
