HELP!

Hi everyone! I’m very new to this. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant. We did in July of 2018,unfortunately turned out to be an ectopic and I had to get surgery done September of 2018. In that surgery my right tube had to be removed. When all said and done doctor said my left tube looked phenomenal and when we decided to start trying again we shouldn’t have a problem. I took a test about a week ago and yay it was positive,immediately went in for blood work did a second round two days later. Tonight I noticed some spotting so due to my past I rushed to ER, my levels on Thursday were 60,the second I had to get done at a lab (not sure of those numbers) tonight at hospital my levels were at 41. Now as early as I am,I find 60 to be very high,that’s over 3 weeks,41 seems to be more feasible for where I would be in my pregnancy. I know it’s still very early but do HCG levels tend to fluctuate? Any thoughts on this particular situation? Thanks in advance!
