what am i doing wrong i exercise everyday. i dont eat junk food, pasta, bread or anything like that.
anyone recommend anything?
ive only lost 1lb :(

Maybe your calorie intake is too low and your body is in starvation mode?!?
Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough fibre etc?
