Ok, so I'm a gambling addict. I used to go to a casino constantly and was there until early hours of the morning. Eventually I got out of the habit and never went again....this was about 4/5 years ago.

I watched Hollyoaks yesterday and saw Darren go into a casino and all the feelings came flooding back, I really wanted to go back to the casino.

This morning I registered at Gala online and spent £10 - I walked away with £50 but thats not really the point. I'm trying to fight the urge to go back on it. I shouldn't have done it in the first place and now I feel like poo

These next few days are now gonna be hell. I just needed to tell someone. Thank you for reading xx

Do you actually go into the casino? Or play online? If you go in and you don't want to you need to self exclude - just phone up and say you want to self exclude. It'll hopefully stop the temptation.
