Think so - I'm taking 2 weeks of my holiday as the first 2 weeks of my maternity then maternity pay starts from my due date

I'm not sure if you can technically take 'holiday' leave after the baby is born/whilst you are on maternity leave. I think you have to take it before the baby is born, or after you (technically) finish mat leave.

But answering OP - Yes you are entitled to full annual holiday

Yeah you continue to accrue annual leave as normal while you're on maternity leave, but you take it before or after the mat leave.

The law has only recently changed on this.... whereas you used to just accrue statutory holiday entitlement whilst on maternity leave, now women on maternity leave are entitled to the same holiday entitlement as all other employees (e.g. you'll get the company holiday entitlement, rather than just the statutory).
