I'll be going back to work soon (baby will be 6 months old). I want to build up a stock for that and make sure that I pump the maximum possible in the limited time I'll have during my working day. I have a home pump (Madella Swing) but am considering renting a hospital standard one. Can any ladies who have tried both let me know if/what differences they experienced. Is the hospital grade one more efficient or just designed to take more usage?

I have the Madela pump in style breast pump at home, but I also used the hospital Madela pump just after birth. I do not see much difference in power or efficiency. The hospital one was bulkier and was attached to a wheeled stand. Frankly I find the at home pump more "luxurious" if that word can be applied to a breast pump :) that's my opinion
