Hot/Flushed Face as BFP symptom?

Has anyone experienced a hot or flushed face and then gotten a BFP?

I remember with my first, I did a PG test on christmas day. It was a BFN and I was so upset. At Christmas dinner my mom said my face was so red. A couple days later I got my BFP. I am not sure if this was just a coincidence.

I posted that question during the obsessive TTW, and ended up getting my BFP, so I assume it was symptom. I would think it wasn't just a coincidence for you too.
