How are you going to Announce Pregnancy?

Anyone else having problems keeping the biggest secret of your lives?

:wacko::wacko:YES!!!!!!:wacko::wacko:

Now that it's so close to 2nd trimester it's getting even worse!!! Before i was so nervous about everything being ok (still am a bit:blush:) but since i heard the heartbeat I'm busting at the seams:haha:

It is nice though having that connection with just DH before it gets crazy!

I really like to hear everyone's ideas, so I am going to move this thread to the top and see if anyone else has an unique idea.

I told my parents and in laws almost immediately! I think about 4 weeks...My parents we gave them a baby-to-bee frame with a little honey bee on the frame. It holds an ultra sound picture. I am a high risk patient so I go in every two weeks for ultra sounds, so luckily I had a photo. For my husbands parents we bought a balloon that congratulations baby on it with a jungle theme. Just had it sitting in their house. I told my sister around 6 weeks via the phone but not told my brothers yet.

I have yet to tell my friends yet...but do plan on doing it. Perhaps my best friend at the end of the first trimester if I could figure out when that is. I am going to wait until Thanksgiving I think to tell the rest of the world, so late November. I am going to wear a shirt with little feet on it and wait for that first person to notice. :) I think I'll be about 5 months then...since I am 12 weeks now.

I already told my mom and dad and two of my closest friends. I think I will wait till 8 weeks to tell DH's parents over the phone.

As for the rest of my family, I will wait until I am 12 weeks or more. We are throwing my dad a 60th birthday party in mid-November. I'm going to announce it Beyonce style and wear a top that will show off my bump (hopefully I have a nice bump by then)! :headspin::dance:
