How common is Jasper?

I love jasper! I think possible twilight hype but not as much as Edward/Jacob (both names I love!)

I don't know any Jaspers, though it's on our Very Short List if the next LO is a boy. I don't know anyone named Rory either, though when I was little the girl next door to my uncle was Rory I think (short for Aurora).

I named my son Jasper in 2011 when it was virtually unheard of (as was Ivy in 2009) but I read an article today which said Jasper is a top 20 boys name this year. And damn Beyoncé for making Ivy chavvy too!
