How could I be so so stupid? Worst mum ever

When my dd was about to turn 2 we were out side on the porch, she had her little tricycle up on it and was on it. I never in a million years thought to say hey dont try to go off the porch. Well I had turned my back for a second and she fell about 5' off the porch. She was fine, scared, but even now when she goes out side she tells me about the whole thing again. It happens kids will get bumps and bruises! As long as there is no blood or anything broken we just brush it off.
