How do I subscribe to a thread?

I currently have no subscriptions and can't figure out how to subscribe..

Also, is there a way of automatically subscribing to any thread that you post on? If so, how?

subscribing is when you post on a thread....

so now my post.. means that Im subscribed to this thread...
Im sure its simply automatic... might be wrong

thanks hun, I thought that should be the case but it never has been on my profile..

It says I have 0 subscriptions despite posting 154 times on lots of different threads

OK I think I have cracked it by changing my settings to allow weekly emails instead of do not subscribe..

so I thought I would post again and see if it automatically subscribes
