I want to upload a photo with a question that I have. Can someone people tell me how to do it? I am new to this site. Thanks!

If you go in to the full 'post reply' button as opposed to the 'quick' reply there is a button to attach the photo which is next to the smiley face (by the font) and looks like a paper clip.
Click on that and then it will open a new window where you can upload a pic
