how do you chart with bbt?

I usually just use ovulation kits to see when I'm ovulating but after a BFN this month I want to try charting too. I have a bbt already but I don't know what to do with the info once I have it. What should I look for on my graph? What does it mean when temps drop/rise/etc?

I'd recommend using an app, you should be able to get a trial or free version of fertility friend which has loads of useful tutorials and information.

Make sure your bbt is to 2 decimal places as well.

There are other apps but I really like FF
