How do you remember to take your birth control pill??

I have an app on my phone called 'Lady Pill Reminder'. You can program it to whatever pill you're taking, it shows you the virtual pack and you can set an alarm for it as well.

I have it with my cuppa every morning before my toast.

When i used to take it... i used to take it with my night meds at 9pm each night and set my phone alarm to remind me xxxx

I take it last thing at night. That works for me x

I got pregnant after this. Don't listen to me.
