How far gone am I?

Hi guys!

I got a BFP yesterday! My LMP was Oct 4th which would make me 5 weeks 2 days, but I ov'd quite late around CD20-22. Would that make me around 4 1/2 weeks?

I would use your lmp as a rough guide till your dated properly at 12wk scan.That's how the midwife dated me at my booking in appt. congrats x

I ovulate quite late at CD20 too so I took my LMP dates and deducted the 6 days. From my LMP I'm something like 12w1d but I'd rather be honest with myself about how far along I am, or not as the case really is.

I think it's good to know when you ovulate, I went for a scan at 8 weeks and was measuring behind from my LMP date which is obviously due to my late ovulation

I'd stick with your lmp for now just keep in mind that you may possibly be put back a week or so at your scan GL & congrats xxxxx
