how many newborn baby rompers should I get?

It's my first baby and I'm so tempted to buy and buy and buy newborn clothes.
How many rompers shld i get? Was advised not to buy too much, as baby grows fast and there will be lots of presents...

so far I have bought 20 newborn rompers..and so tempted to get more!!!!

Wow.. We are a bit tight on cash to be totally honest. Therefore Ive bought 6 of everything in 2 different sizes. I will have to wash a lot of laundry but cant afford buying too many of anything at the moment

To me 20 sounds sufficient!

its recomended 8-12 of vests and sleepsuits in each size, probably upto about 18 of each size when you get up to 3-6 / 6-9 month clothes as they are in those sizes for much longer.
20 is more than enough since most babies only wear newborn stuff for 4wks

Are rompers like onesies or sleep suits?

From what I think I know...rompers are like pullover baby all in one suits in which the legs are exposed. They can be long sleeved, short sleeved, or sleeveless.
