If you know when your day of ov is then you count from day after as 1dpo etc... i'll know once fertility friend tells me sometime this week. Ive only dtd early hours f this morning and cant dtd till tomorrow no OH at work lol x

Ohhh ok do u temp chart? Id really like to do it but cant seem to remeber when i wake in the mornong lol!! If i dont catch in the next few cycles then i think i might invest in a cbfm

Yep i temp its in my signature my chart well did another opk and its lighter so think i ov'd today
