i think ive spent maybe £80 but ive been buying on ebay, new and used but giving a good clean and brought some of his things from a carboot which are like new.

Might get a few more little bits though maybe some clothes or something

(I had to convert to Canadian also, lol) I think that's plenty! :) Nearly $300! I don't know how much I spent TBH.

i have spent around the region of £1000 every anniversarry with my sons last birthday being the most expensive at around 2 grand.
but i cant help myself....
i remember when i was a child my parents spent about £150 on me and i thought that was more than enough.

Wow I am completely gobsmacked at how much people are spending!

C and T have a limit of £50 each and I haven't spent that much. Daniel I've probably spent £20 on him. By the time family have bought for them too they have masses of presents to open. Last year it took all day to open them.

I am the same as u Helen, we've spent £30 on our LO, she's going to get loads anyway and we live in a small flat so no room to put everything anyway!!! lol

I haven't even started Christmas shopping yet... I just have Sofia to think of, and as she's only 6 months old I do not see the point in buying her lots. Not like she cares!

I bought a couple of pretty nappies from princessellie that I'm going to wrap up, partly so that DH doesn't see I've been buying more  I think that's the thing, because she's little we've pretty much been constantly buying her things the last few months, she just doesn't really need anything.

Going to get her a Christmas outfit to wear, then we were going to look at something for her to bounce in, hee hee. Probably £80 absolute maximum.

So I think £150 is fine!

I'm sure I'll have to spend more as she's older, but I've had to learn not to go mad present wise anyway living in Switzerland. They just don't do what we do in the UK and people would be shocked.

Freya will only be 7.5 months at Christmas so she won't know what's going on. I've got her a couple of toys totalling about £20, an all in one suit, at about £20, and a new nappy, £16. That's me done. She prefers paper and boxes anyway! And I'm sure she will have fun opening everyone elses prezzies for them and eating the paper

rosies had a wii fit and sky in her bedroom, and a few dvds, and 2 hoodies.
approx £250 (she's 15yrs old btw) and the presents get more epensive as they grow.

rhys has had lots of little things like books, wooden bricks, little people pirate ship, itng figures etc. bath toys, pop up tent, paints and paper,
approx £160 but we may use some of hem for his birthday as its 2 weeks after crimbo

i have prob spent about 250 but that includes clothes too, i think 150 is pently i started early thats prob why ive gone over board!

i haven't totalled up what we've spent on mads, and i probably wont as it's more than our monthly mortgage  it's the same every year. personally i think it's a great amount to spend on her bexy
