The guide from my little girl's pediatrician says:
For all the things listed below, 1 serving is considered to be 1-2 tablespoons.
8-10 months:
Cereals/breads 2-3 servings per day
Fruits 1-2 servings per day
Vegetables 1-2 servings per day
Protein foods (meat, egg, yogurt, cheese, beans etc) 2 servings per day
As for water, I started having a sippy cup with water available throughout the day around 6-7 months. I think she would have around 4 oz a day back then. Now at 10 months old she probably has 8-9 oz of water a day.
